Need Info on how choose notebook/laptop computer in Cebu: to be brought in Europe

Hello,
My brother is leaving for Europe next week maybe in New Zealnd.
He has asked me to buy him a notebook computer which he will need there for our communication with our parents in the Phils and for his studies, surfing etc. My budget is 17k-20k with features such as webcam, high memory,err microphone too and one that will work in Europe...etc Both of us are not knowledgeable with computer stuff. I need your help pls. where to buy the cheapest notebook/laptop computer but with high quality features in Cebu... Thank you so much.

mahal didto bro.. ako fren NZ sad sya ni adto dre sya nipalit... Dell iya gipalit dre kay naa man international warranty,, pero imo budget up to 20k , maglisud man cguro ka pangita ana..pero suwaye lang sa buy and sell

FYI lang maam. mas cheaper sa gawas than sa Pinas. My new laptop kay napalit ra nako $699 sa gawas, including shipping and handling na gani ha, more or less 35k ra nagasto. But the worth here is almost 50k. Dili momatter ang OS sa abroad ug sa Pinas maam. Ang momatter is if kamao ba mogamit ang tag-iya.

you can be happy with dual-core based Neo Laptops, just add extra ram... you're ready to go for that stuff.

since its just meant much for communication, 1gb is enough, still windows XP has the crown these days... no need for vista yet. just my cent

Singapore ug Bangkok ako nahibaw an nga barato other than that , sauna ga canvass ko price sa states ug europe daku man deperensya..mas mahal didto... samot na ang new zealand kay ang uyab sa ako barkada nag una na didto unya apas ra siya.. dinhi gipapalit sa iyang uyab ug laptop kay mahal didto..
