Hi ALL,

I just got my hands on the Cherry Mobile: Superion Plus Duo Tablet, is has full phone capabilities sound great? at first glance the design closely resembles the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" and with the price range one would think... why not... however the moment you start using it, its downhill from then on. Let see the Specs first.

Specs:
- 1.2Ghz Dual-Core Proc (Qualcomm MSM8225 Snapdragon S4)
- 7-inch WVGA (800x480) capacitive display (133PPI)
- Adreno 203 GPU
- 512MB of RAM
- Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
- 4GB of internal storage
- microSD card slot up to 32GB
- 2MP fixed-focus camera with LED flash
- VGA front camera
- Single SIM - SMS and Call Function (2G)
- GMS/ GPRS/ EDGE 850/900/1800/1900
- UMTS 2100/1900/850
- WiFi b/g/n / Bluetooth v3.0
- 3.5mm audio jack / microUSB v2.0
- Li-Ion 3300mAh battery
Price: PHP6,890.00

Pros:

Cons:(Practicaly everything else - I'll highlight the top once)

I was really struggling with this tablet I don't want to sound to cruel, but by god its just really awful on all accounts,

So when you open in out of the box and see the specs one would say... hmm not bad for its price for a full phone functionality tablet... the moment you turn in on then you first reaction will be CRAP!! its just an overgrown android 4.0.4 phone UI... yes! you read that correct its table is using a phone version of the 4.0.4 not the tablet version where you can navigate through 2 different panes on the screen... Imagine the CM:Flare with a 7inch screen... im not kidding that is exactly what it is.. look at the specs that is CM:Flare specs having said that if you enlarge the screen the of course you ruin the PPI and because its 7" then you stuck with a pathetic 133 PPI over sized phone... what really funny is when you take a call... I had a galaxy tab and the next gen if a call come in on those things its automatically loud speaker if you not on hands free... I assumed if would be the case... but nooooo you had to pick it up LIKE A PHONE!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT A 7" TABLET ON YOUR EAR?? you would look like a clown.... to add to this it has the worst speakers... GPS intermittently works and I cant hook up a Bluetooth hands-free on it...Im sorry CM but I just can find any redeeming feature or factor from this device... SO if your in the market for a tablet with phone capabilities?? stay away from this... I havent tried the new torque Portal I hope it would be nothing like this...

I was able to check on this as well earlier sa cellpod and it broke my heart. sayang, barato ta pero grabe ka-bati. dmd ang lag.
maghuwat nalang ko sa sunod na pricedrop sa tab 2 or huwat nalang jud ko sa mga new tabs na manggawas this year. Anyways "want" ra man jud ni cya para nako, di man jud cya "need".
