Conversion of Brake Lights > Signal Lights when Unlocking Car

I'm looking for someone who can work with the wiring of my Kia Picanto. Presently, when I lock/unlock my car with my remote, the parkinglights (front) and the brakelights (back) blink to signify that the lock/unlock was successful.

Akong gusto kay instead of the parking and brakelights ang mu-siga, ang signal lights ang mu-blink when lock/unlocking the car. Kita man ko'g other higher-end cars that have the signal lights blink, and it looks much better IMO.

Is this possible? Can you refer me to a shop that does this?
