Room/Small house for rent in Lapu-Lapu City

Budget is around 3 - 4k, pero I highly prefer nga around 3k ra per month. Please take note that I have one dog, not a purebreed dog and dili pud siya dako nga klase. I work in a call center sa IT park, 2 years nako diri and still going strong so 90% of the time, buntag nako matulog. I am alone for now, but might possibly have someone come over every now and then (my GF if I had one, LOL).

• Must have it's own restroom

• Must have it's own electric meter.

• Located somewhere in a quiet neighborhood

• Okay ra sa owner/landlord or landlady nga naa akung dog INSIDE sa room or house


This isn't really important, but if possible lang and if naa mo nahibaw-an, kanang dapit ra sa Kinalumsan, Canjulao, Looc or Babag kay taga Canjulao and Kinalumsan rako sauna so naka-familiar rako sa place.

@siber_tooth, mura'g lisod na kay 2nd floor, nya kahoy man guro asta sawg ana so sabaan ang nag occupy sa 1st floor if mukiat akung dog...

duna mi rooms sa maribago bro, 2,500 lang para sa imo kay duna man ka dog. Common CR and kitchen. We also have apartments starting at 6k. Ang lugar kay 2,000 sq.mt. Pwede pets as long as toilet trained and dili makadisturb sa uban renters labi na kay duna foreigners. Contact Jovy 5117489.
