You mean fried calamares bro? This is the way i cook them, cut squid into pieces, in a bowl beat an egg or two( depende sa quantity sa squid), add salt and pepper, dip squid into eggs, take them out and roll them on all purpose flour, then deep fry OR after washing simply roll them on all purpose flour and deep fry, depende na pero kung gusto ka crispy then use eggs, when cooked sprinkle salt on top.
hint: oil must be very hot and abundant when you fry, otherwise mopilit sya, i hope that helps...

^^ for extra zing...add a pinch of curry powder sa flour...nice ang aroma and subtle taste....make sure oil is very hot before you cook the squid aron di soggy ang result....

And make sure that you fry them for no more than 2 or 3 minutes, otherwise, the squid will be tough.

tried the ricepe above and i suggest not to add the salt on the flour mix. Add it after frying. I tried to batches man gud and i added more salt on the flour mix for the 2nd, the flour ended up not sticking to well.

This recipe's quite decent prob lang is unsay sawsawan ani coz the calamare's more of a base.
