For Shih-Tzus, I heard that Artemis (owned by Allecs and Henson Tan) produces top of the line dogs.
For Siberian Huskies, Spellbound Siberians (owned by Emily Ong) is one - if not the best - in the country.
Any addition to this short list would be most welcome.
