Qualifications (CSR)

• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• at least 6 months of BPO/ CSR experience (not required)
• FRESH GRADUATES, HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES, COLLEGE LEVEL

Qualifications (for Ph Nurses)

• Active Ph Nursing license
• Experience in handling a healthcare account in a BPO

Qualifications (for US Registered Nurses)

• Active Ph and US Nursing licenses
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferably)
