    bitaw, seriously, ok-ok pa man ako pulling strengths. sa squats payter pa man sad only that i do it last na. whilst before i do it right after leg extension, karon gipa iwit na nako. what i noticed tho is mas maka lower ko past parallel hapit na ATG.

    with deadlifts, i alternate between deficit and rack pull. nag experiment pud ko sa ako pushing exercises. pina PL style (BB bench press) ba nga mo touch gyud below the nips ang bar, pause for 2 sec and then push hard. i'm happy i can do weighted dips with a 45lb DB. tan awn nato asa ni kotob. i do dips when i'm doing arm workout along with close-grip BB press. ning hobag na gyud intawn akong triceps lol

    i've lost around 30lbs but still a long way to go para six pack.. still and all, maayo nalang kay di na kau bog-at ako lawas as compared to before when magsaka og hagdanan perti ka hangos!

    how i did it is do HIIT after weights. usahay di ka kabantay usa ka oras na diay ko didto ga sprint-walk! sometimes, at night i do steady-state cardio with a stationary bike at home. alternate pud nako ako cardio kay sakit kaus tuhod ang dagan. mainly, i use the stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill for this purpose.

    taaaaassssaaaaa nas ako balak oi.. abangan sa susunod na kabanata nasad ta.

    train hard.

    Ang HIIT nako kay basketball.. I fast dribble up and down the court and lay up into the basket. That way at least mo improve pud akong ball handling skills in addition to getting ripped for summer
