Breakfast-oatmeal only +1 banana sometimes
Lunch-Oatmeal or Wheatbread+Century Tuna
Dinner-Oatmeal or wheatbread+century tuna
Exercise-30minutes of elliptical trainer will these help me lose weight?any advice what can i add on?
Calories too low.
You're at 6ft 282lbs. You're barely eating above 1000 calories. You'll be miserable and hungry all the time. I don't suggest crash dieting. Just eat probably 1800-2000 calories with 30 mins elliptical.
Use the app myfitnesspal to track your daily calories. Good luck! Weight loss is a journey, not a race.

I will just tell you what I did. My weight before was 180 lbs and now it's 150. I eat anything during breakfast and lunch but I cut my food intake into half. For dinner, substituted corn rice for white rice. Seldom eat oatmeal or wheat bread during dinner. Went to the gym atleast 3-4x a week. 1 hour weight lifting, 1 hour cardio. It took me a year to lose 30 lbs. Quite long because of the style I chose because it's not complicated. Just like what Lord_Ac said, it's a journey not a race

(BALI akong cycle ky call center ko ga work. Lunch serves as breakfast, dinner is lunch then breakfast is dinner)
Excercise: Jog From marco polo to JY ; Vice Versa
aiming to have 70KG within the end of month. kaya kaha? so far, day 2 pa nako sa akong jogging
any suggestion, i'm 5'5" my weight is 81kg
