With the stock prices now going up, I am quite hesitant to buy...kay matud nila "buy when low,".....libog ko kay newbie pa ko...with COL upgrading the FV, it now "appears" nga ang mga stocks are no longer "expensive"....like ang AC karon has a FV of P 640/share and current price is at P 581/share....but my question as a newbie is that "Is the AC not overpriced at P 581?" And this goes to all other stocks nga gi-upgrade sa COL ang ilang FV.....Please enlighten me on this....noob here

I am sure their updated FV's are not just wild guesses but base on fundamental valuation.

Actually, some of these companies may justify higher valuation now base on double digit earnings in 2012...kung masustain na nila this year plus with more projects in that pipeline nga potential catalyst for more growth then para nako acceptable...dapat research lang gyud gamay kun asa ang better option.
