bro, unsaon man if naa ka awol? Like me, 5 mnths ra ko before sa sykes then ga.Quit ko aftr salary. Dec man to. Murag kakuha pa ko gamay na 13th mnth. K ra if dili na butang resume? Kanang mga hr ba mg.Chk ba na sila ug ss static report, or they just base sa resume nimu?

Awol pud ko, dec 2008 sa sykes. I workd there for 5mnths den wa ko ganahi, then i just quit. I think nakakuha pa ko ng 13th mnth kc 10k man ung last salary ko. Wa jud ko plan ibutang sa resume. Mahibaw.An kaha na?

Kanunay!heheh...actually sa amo comp, absent sa before file ug leave..just 1 text to the superior, mahulog ra na na sick leave or emergency leave. the consequence comes only if your absent is 2 or more successive days without leave beacause only the first day is considered w/ pay while the rest is w/o pay not unless you have medical certificate to present...hassle free ang mga absenous..heheh
