share lang ko for me i was 27 years old napalit nako ang akong first house and lot (summerville Subd.) after 2 years nikuha sad ko sa deca 3 mactan ug rowhouse and ako gi assume ang usa ka unit sa genesis. Sa karun nakapalit ko commercial lot sa daplin sa MEPZ2, Co owner ko sa usa ka unit sa H-MALL mactan ug usa ka 42 sqm. commercial lot sa atbang innodata.

just to answer ur question re: developer selling lots nga data2.. make sure lang cguro nga naa sila license to sell from HLURB.. usa na sa important nimo if mu buy kag lot or house and lot sa usa ka developer..
