If that's the case then it's nothing different living in Talisay, Naga or up north in Consolacion and Lilo-an. Traffic is already a given. In the case of natural resources, looking for properties will be tough if you're targeting an executive level residential area. Water is as potable as the metro gets, I don't know of its salinity coz Im not from there. hehe

For water, depende sad sa location. Kay sa amoa layo mi sa water line so naa mi electric pump. Mao ra nakabati but overall okay ra man sad kay bisag unsa kainit ang panahon di mi mahutdan ug tubig... kas lang sa kuryente.hehe
