Senior Operations Specialist

Job Description
The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the account in giving administrative support to its clients and employees. This position will initiate and coordinate the clerical functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies of clients in employee timekeeping, headcount monitoring and other admin related tasks.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Computes performance bonus on a monthly basis and submits completed data to Account Manager for checking and compilation
Online processing of attendances for payroll computation on a semi monthly basis
Accomplishes Final Pay requirements of resigned employees. Receives resignation or notice from employees and surrendered ID’s, prepares last attendance report and process clearance for submission to finance
In-charge of maintaining employees’ online profiles
Provides pertinent information to HR department and hard copies of documents for processing like COE requests of active and inactive employees, loan applications, RPA’s for employees for change in salary rates and designation, timely update of headcount for new hires, employee site transfer and attrition
Provides HR department, employee requirements for government membership registration, loan application and update for SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and BIR. Sometimes assists employees in accomplishing forms
Implement and monitor support services, including procurement of supplies and services to submitting ticket to FACS purchase request forms
Establish and maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems according to office procedures to ensure the expeditious retrieval of information, e.g. employee information list, headcount reports and team line up
Perform other related duties as required, e. g. attending to clients’ work-related needs and acts as point-person for any staff concern
Perform daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls; taking messages; other routine duties necessary
Responds to department inquiries (phone, email)
