    you should know how software business work bai,
    if mo earn ang compang ug 100-300k kada bulan sa isa ka project then 20k ra imo makuha, kay probably
    -apil na na ang bayad sa nyu admin(HR, accounting, security, etc.)
    -bayad rent sa office,
    -bayad sa electricity and other utilities
    -bayad sa inyung mga equipments acquire.
    -and ofcourse ang kwarta na mabutang sa company for sustainability.

    If nahan mo na mahal ug daku nyung sweldo, then dapat mocharge nyung company ug morethan 300k per man months sa isa ka project para kana saka tanan sweldo,

    PERO if pasakahaon pd ang price sa pag develop ug software then wla na pd mga companies na magpabuhat dri sa Pinas kay mahal na..

    One of the reason daghan mga IT companies nga naa dri sa Pinas karn kay barato ang cost sa pagdeveloped ug software dri, if momahal na gani, aw paksit pd ta, mangawala ra na ang mga company dri, then basin mamalhin ug laing lugar..

    Tinuod jd ni. Siyempre mag huna2x pd ka sa business end of things. Dli kay imuha ra imo huna-huna-on.

    Like, cebugdev said, pasaka ka imo presyo, pasaka pd ang companya then if mahal na kaayo, wala nay mag pahimo sa companya. Wa na kay trabaho.

    Not to say na dawat lng pd ka ug unsay itunol sa imo. You have to find that sweet spot where you get the money that you, honestly, feel that you've earned and the company can still efficiently run their business, cost wise.Wala nuon jd ko musubay sa thread but yeah, you see the point.
