what i notice mga babae ang kusog mag joy reserve.

of all my years of buying ang selling in istorya.

this is what i learn from experience.

1. Do not tolerate reservations. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE is a MUST!. if ever dili gyud ma likayan. demand a reservation fee. kung d magpakita ang buyer or cancels his or her order then you keep the fee. trust me you will save a lot of time, effort, money and sanity if you do this.

2. Only do meet ups at your own time and desired place not the buyer. if they don't like it then their free to go.

3. If you have doubts on the buyer bring someone with you. safety is your number 1 concern.

4. Know as much information about the Buyer, his or her name. where he or she lives. works or go to school.

5. Do not delete tx msgs, pm's or email conversations with your buyer until your 100% sure it is safe to do so. this will serve as proof in case something undesirable happens.

what you can also do is chat with them sa Ym para pina interview style and ask for their FB page and add them.
in case they are bringing a motorcycle or any sort of vehicle, try to get their plate number
