yes, u will really lose weight. u would already see results in 5days. u would notice u will eat less and mawala na yung mga cravings mo for food. No side effects. Its normal to always feel thirsty, just keep on drinking water. When u feel hungry make sure to eat something - like sandwich, crackers or banana, apple or any fruit, para hindi sumakit ang ulo mo. You will also notice that after taking the coffee, you will feel light during the day. Try mo lang sis, so you will know what i'm talking about.
