Casino Espanol starts from 350 up. - You cannot decorate the ceilings and walls

Marco Polo is also nice. - Good food

Vistamar or any beach reception. - Sea breeze is warm on afternoons and nights. Very inconvenient, alimuot unya lagkit imong singot. Common comment of guests in a beach reception.

Grand Con - It's too big to decorate and not so good interiors. You will spend more for your reception not to look bare. If you will just get half the ball room, bati tan-awon.

Chateau de Busay if you're on a budget.

Tops - Get a good caterer and arrange regular shuttle to and from JY square for guests.

i've been a travel agent for 10 long years and i am an operations manager of a hotel here in cebu. and here's my comment on your line up.

waterfront-nice, but medjo mahal
mangopark hotel-not too nice and no parking space
montebello-very good venue... (but i dont work here ha)
altavista-also very nice but guests could be bothered by traffic
casino espanol-food is great and price is not so expensive
northwinds-gamay ang place and no parking space. towing zone bya na diha sa citom
garden hotel-which one..? crown garden hotel or nikkei garden hotel?

Plantation Bay nalang if budget is not a problem....
