Have you tried to turn the device off and then on? Sometimes it works.

You need to reset your device. There is a good instructions about it here . I had it in the past and my BF fixed the issue in one hour maximum. The reason can be different actually but one of the most common one - slow internet connection https://www.firesticktricks.com/fix-...buffering.html . You might wanna check it too.
