I am taking whole sets of sports vitamins and super supplements anyway for all possible reasons and things and when you do take them you are once again something like 18 years old entirely anyway. So let's move on further and discuss sports one.

I take vitamins regularly, not sure if they help but they won't hurt. I currently take Vitamins D, C, E, Zinc.

They are indeed helpfull but a person should first consult a doc and it's even better to get tested first to know if you have a deficiency. I take a complex of vitamins from online pharmacy from time to time. And I also take vitamin A as I have a deficiency of it and it sometimes causes me a night blindness.
