Basically, Eczema is manifesting because of the skin health is not that good. there are mga soaps that we may be using that are not helping with regards to skin care. So we need to improve the skin health.

religiously applying floucinonide cream lang jud boss.. cleaning with hot towel before applying.. for 3 months morning and evening, no more eczema so far....

wala ra jud.. even the soap nga i think usa sa nakapagara aning eczema (safeguard) kay same ra japon.. kuskuson noon nako inig limpyo nako sa hot towel.. dayun painitan jud nako.. nindut baya painitan ang katol.. hehehe.. dayun after a minute or two pagtrapo, apply the cream.. so far wala na jud nibalik..
