I think that cash is not a good gift because people spend the money and forget about it and the gift will remain in memory. A wonderful gift for friends will be a picture where you together. it warmed my heart when I received gift items from friends and family. it feels more personal and it gave the impression that they put more thought on your gift and you, of course.
