Blown plastic radiator top

Hi guys,

this is a replacement radiator with a plastic top. using it for 3.5 years now. what happened was it just suddenly blew, nabuak ang plastic nga radiator top, water spilled and smoke coming out. one thing to add is wala nako macheck if naa pa siya daghan tubig this week ang reserve ra ako na check. is this just a problem with the plastic radiator being weak or nahutdan ba kaha ug tubig or something else ? TIA

i was lucky enough that this happened sa parking area and not on the way up sa sm.

NaLapas na jud sa heat toLerance ang imo cap. Most probabLy ni init na maayo imo radiator more than usuaL. But then again, basin na weak na sad jud na siya sa dinugay'ng gamit.
