    This is a conventional copper line cuz they're talking about snr. Maybe wala ni nila na gets jud ang problem, most of the time troubleshooting with tel lines requires trial and error. If they are sure that the lines are fine, they should have changed the port. Try to talk to your tech about this matter. Report na pud ka balik.

    Well the last and the 4th technician finally fixed the issue. There was indeed a loose connection on the junction box. We keep on telling the previous technicians and they keep on saying it doesn’t matter.

    That's their common feedback when asked what was the cause, anyway atleast your line is already working fine na.

    So most likely, di jud ka matauran ug internet if dili ka mag "under the table deal" whether fibr or dsl. HInaot nlang unta ba nga mka-timing sila ug customer nila nga nka-hidden cam nya ipa-viral dayun para matagam. hahaha Sa process plang daan sa pag-apply sa PLDT, bati na kaau ang service...purya-gaba...paasa kaayo. How much more kung madayunan ug taod? Morag kining kompanyaha knang ilang mga empleyado way pakialam sa ilang trabaho. (Mga robot nga csr nya tapulan nga tech)
