    Not all the time boss. depende kung deputized ang pulis sa LTO.

    toink... its a sarcastic comment... regardless to say LTO supposedly the agency to take care registration... and enforcement should be delegated to LE... not the other way arround where LTO does the enforcement too...

    Clearly you doesn't know how LTO law enforcement works, with regards to RA 4136.

    There are organic LTO law enforcers and there's a deputized LTO law enforcers... That is why there are also 2 types of traffic violation ticket, the TOP (LTO deputized agents/HPG) and the Citation ticket (CITOM enforcers/Pulis).

    Ug ang kani nga specific DOTC/LTO Memo dili maka enforce ani ang CITOM. mostly Cebu city traffic ordinance ra ang e-enforce sa CITOM ug uban P01 pulis.
