    but during our initial phone conversations kay mura 11 daw kuhaon sa IT Service Desk ug 4 sa Security Admin Analyst


    nindut gyud unta tu kay ingun tu nanawag nako nga pioneering daw nga batch ang sa IT then internal lang gyud daw ang work

    as far as i know, ang it help desk support is local support only. you WON'T be taking calls talking to clients. you will be working only sa operations. let's say a password needs to be reset for a tool, or may problem sa workstation.

    most of their opening sa QBE daw is entry level na, ma back office, voice support or IT helpdesk. modawat na gani cla at least 6 months experience in BPO preferably nag handle og billing or general customer service.. internal support pd ni nga mga roles daw mga agents onshore or local agents daw ang isupport.. den sa iT modawat cla fresh grad nga IT related courses.. hala kanindot ra!

    Pero ang entry level nga tech support dili bro is dili man ka mu handle og client ^_^.. .. kapoy d i nang work nga manawag ra imung kauban kay magpa reset og password sa log in account ^_^.. eh compare sa xerox nga tech support.. hehe
