We have Win Server 2012 with 42 win7 client PCs connected on it. It serve as File Server, Domain Controller, and DHCP Server. So far hinay kaayo ang process sa among win server 2012. Baguhan pajud ko. I don't know unsa akong buhaton ani para mo paspas.

so which is more applicable for me to use since i'm using both Windows Xp and Windows 7 client?

WINDOWS SERVER 2008 or WINDOWS 2012?

Windows server 2012 nlng Sir. sa akong experience ra kay mas user friendly ang 2012 compare sa 2008.
