mao pud ni ang problema karun sa mga certifications kay daghan na certified pero if pa troubleshoot na sa network sa among boss di man kama-o. im not saying bad to the certified pero mas nindot man gud unta nga certified ka then kabalo jud ka. Ag uban man gud mu study lang para ma certified.
"Little knowledge is Dangerous" - mutuo na gyud ko ani kay hapit ma disgrasya among network kay ni trust among boss kay ga training lage ug certified pa gyud.
Ofcourse because you also need to practice, I would qoute " Repetition is mother of all skills" we encourage everyone to practice after the training to fully acquire the skills you want to obtain. Being an expert depends on how you view it, lets not be hard on ourselves, we can easily gain expertise as long as we practice and update
mutuo man pud ko sa ilang gi ingun nga "Practice makes perfect" pero sa technical side mas nindot gyud nga naa ka hands-on sa real world kay kung base lang with your own study trough materials lahi ra gyud. much better kung mo work gyud ta sa company. naka experience man pud ko sa ako first work, i have a thorough training pero lahi gyud if real world hands-on na.
