Weather Update
Meteorologist Jeff Masters of Weather Underground: There will be catastrophic damage from Super Typhoon Yolanda. There aren’t too many buildings constructed that can withstand 314-kilometer-per-hour winds.

Buildings here in Visayas are designed to withstand wind velocities of up to 200kph since we are classified under Zone 2 of the Philippine Windmap Zone.

Goodluck to those places exceeding that value. Brace yourselves.
