This was on the news while I was in a cab on my way home and my cab driver was so rooting for this and wouldn't stop talking I almost went deaf. He said that if cigarettes were expensive, only people who have money can buy them because they're the only people anyway who can afford to get treated in the hospital when they get sick from all the cigarettes they smoke. He had a point. If anything, this will definitely make it easier for people who want to quit, quit.
