i need help on this one.

i got my tin from mandaue RDO and was transferred to that BIR office near IT park, do i apply for a tin id thru the BIR near IT park, or sa mandaue? what are the requirements to get a tin id and how long does it take to process?

I registered my TIN thru the eREG sa BIR, akung purpose mu kuha ug tin kay para sa driver's license. But nasaup ko pag register kay naka butang ko ug business didto in my name, freelancer man pud ko(pero dili ingun nga sustainable nako akong freelancing kay student man pud ko). So ni take advantage nlng pud ko kay naa koy work, nag register ko last week ra.

Is it possible na ma change or ma cancel ang akung registration? kay wala man kuy business gud. Para driver's license rajud akung tuyo sa tin.

Another question mga kaistoryans...kanang kung mo apply kag BIR bah...nangayo og TIN number ang employer naku dayon ni apply kog form 1902 sa BIR pero nay nakasuwat ngadto nga employer info...so dapat to naku papirmahan sa employer or HR naku bag-o nako mapasa ang form dayon makuha akong TIN no#? or leave it as it is dayon hatag nlng diretso sa BIR? kay almost 1 month namang gd ko nag work nya apiki na kaayo, full time. Need to absent one day to process it. Ngutana lng ta ko kung kinsa kahibaw for clarifications, bag-o pako naka experience og work gd. tnx

no need na, ang imo na lang buhaton is to update your info. (change of Revenue District Office, from Mandaue to Banilad). Sayon man lang ang pagkuha ug TIN ID as long as naa kay TIN. Sa akong nahibaw-an, imo lang isulti ang identification details nimo as well as ang TIN. Kung kanus-a makuha, it depends noh, kay ang BIR karon underman gyud, just keep your BIR form 1902, importante na.

ang BIR form 1902 is registration of employees na, so kinahanglan gyud ang perma sa employer, kung baga ilang gi acknowledge nga employee ka nila, mao na naay signature portion para sa employer. Sa una, gi require pa gani ang Certificate of Employment as further proof, karon murag dili na kaayo strikto.

Ako pud naa pud ko problem sa akong TIN... nagresign na ko sa ako prev company... katong nagkuha ko sa akong employment requirements for my new company, i found out na wala d i koy TIN... nahibung man ko kay wala sa akong payslip akong TIN but naa koy deductions... akong TL ni-advice nako na iask daw ang HR kay basin wala ra ma-update. So that's what I did. Gi-check sa HR ila records and niana sila nako na wala daw koy TIN... niana pa sila " Wala ka muadto sa BIR?"... ana ko "Ma'am I've been been with your company for 2 yrs already and I thnk It's already too late for you to tell me that. I was under the impression na kamo muprocess sa akong TIN kay inu man ko gipasubmit ug requirements sauna. And kumpleto sad ko sa akong requirements so there is no reason for you not to process it. Unsa na man akong buhaton karun nga kinahanglan na man jud na nako ang TIN karung adlawa kay kinahanglan sa akong giapplyan?" interesting question, regarding sa ilang gi withhold nga tax sa imong sweldo? wala lang, as long as na remit na sa BIR (obligasyon man gyud sa employer to withhold taxes from the salaries of their employees). Ang sayop lang sa employer is wala ka ma register sa BIR, which is the responsibility of the employer gyud. Ang uban man gud silay (employee) ang mangunay tungod kay wala tawo sa opisina, so inato na lang. Regarding sa failure to register their employees, ma penalize na sila, thru pre-audit or formal investigations. Unsay buhaton, ask for your BIR form 2316, mao gyud na ang summary of salaries and taxes throughout the year, importante ni nga document. Kung doubtful ka nga gi-remit ba nila or wala, request ka to see a copy of the alphalist of employees, tan-awa kung naa ba ka ngadto, pero i doubt it kung mo share sila, it shows man gud the compensation of the workforce sa company.

need help mga istoryans.. nawa ako kopya sa ako TIN.. nakuha nako ang TIN kato employed pa ko sa Western Wats sauna sa Lapu-lapu way back 2009. Asa dapit ni ma follow up?

I need help. I'm in the process of availing of a housing loan thru Pag-ibig. One of the requirements is the latest BIR Form 2316 (year 2011). Deadline is on July 20. I asked for it from my previous employer because I was employed with them from March 2010 to December 2011. The contact person said she can't release it unless my clearance and COE are done.

December pa ko ni resign and since February, almost every week ko nag follow up sa clearance and COE, pero wala gihapon until now. So hadlok ko nga mao sad na ang mahitabo sa BIR Form 2316..

Wala koy accountabilities with my previous employer. I've asked them a lot of times already if there are things I need to comply with para mahuman ang clearance, but wala man daw. Dugay lang jud daw kay i.pasa2x pa sa mga branches ang clearance.

Legal bah nga i.withhold nila pati ang BIR Form 2316? If not, what law/regulation/republic act can I cite para ilang i.release?
(Nakatry naman gud ko pag December ilang gi withhold akong 13th month pay kay padong na daw ko resign. Akong gi cite ang P.D# 851, mao to ilang gi release dayon) So maybe if mag cite pud kog law nga bawal i.hold ang BIR Form 2316, ila pud dayon i.release.
