i wouldnt call it an addiction, for me its a necessity because i always have lower back pains and massage can really soothe tired aching muscles and release the knots in your muscles and body, its relaxing, calming, releives stress and promotes blood circulation, over all its good for the body, mind and spirit, aside from massage i also like to have foot reflexology.

What kind of MASSAGE imo pasabot ? The real massage( reflexology , shiatsu , sweish , thai etc ) or the happy ending massage na mag ngisi^ inig gawas sa cubicle ?
