sorry. wala jud. dili mosugot ang landlady kay naa man gud siya 2 children. puros girls.

buotan kaayo ang landlady. mao lang jud na ang iya gi-restrict. dili pwede lalaki. although pwede modawat ug lalaki bisita kay pwede man sa may pool area magtambay which is really near ra pod sa unit. ang pagpuyo or pagpatulog sa lalaki ang bawal. yun lang jud!

I prefer viewing to be scheduled on a weekend as I'm home most of the time. Although I can accommodate weeknights since I get off from work at around 5:30pm and I'm just 7 bus stops away from my work place

Nope. Medyo layo ni siya sa Toa Payoh. Pero duol ra man gud MRT. ma-MRT ra nimo ang Toa Payoh from here.

UOB pod ka na-hire?

And as the locals say, anywhere is near in SG. You can reach one end of the country to the other end in 2 hours by bus! So maximum duration of travel time here is just 2 hours.

I'm not saying though that Toa Payoh is 2 hours away from where I live. Siguro mga 1 hour lang by MRT. D kaayo ko sweto how far in terms of travel time ang Toa Payoh kay wala pa ko kalaag dira. But based on the travel duration sa MRT, nakabutang man na 40 to 50 mins.
