    Default anyone who uses DECA DURABOLIN? can it be used 'standalone' or should combine with 'testosterone'?


    I have been weight lifting for morethan a year. and its like on/off but this time i wanna take it to a higher level.
    i have carefully research but something confuses me. if Deca Should be combine with Testo? my instructor told me nothing about testo as he was only using deca for not more than 2month (preparation) so anyone that can enlighten me the proper use and dosage of deca (personal experience). so i can compare it with researches that i have.

    Musta bai,started weight training when i was 20 yrs old im 46 now..so thats 26 years..an oldtimer of sorts..friendly advice lang dont take the easy road when it comes to weight training..steroids even if used in very small doses has a lasting effect on your health..when i was based in manila in the late 90s i had two gymmates who died in their early 30s because of excessive use of stanozolol, a steroid similar to winstrol that was used in race horses to enhance their performance..nothing beats discipline when it comes to the iron game bai..lift heavy,short and intense workouts is the key to your goal..makatawa lang ko ani mga so called gym instructors that lift weights for a few years with steroids..yes dako sila tan awon pero sadly kuwang sa kahibaw..discipline is the secret to lasting gains,while your friends party at night go home and sleep and be ready for the next day..friendly advice lang ni bai ha its still your choice if you want to use steroids..

    ^^^ agree very well sir! on my 10th next month. wla gyud ni naabot pud sa akong huna2x pud. "the journey is more important than the destination" for sure. lahi na gyud imong gains (or wala na gani gains) when you start to pass the 5year mark pero depende lang gyud na tanan sa imong mindset ug true goal why nag bodybuild ka.

    usually sa mga newbies karon, madala lang sa marketing hype sa magazines and supplement companies...

    kuyaw lang pud sir, sa kdaghan klase2x nga supplements, uban supplement companies mu tago na ug mga steroids sa ilang ingr. to make the product effective.. (ex. mga preworkout nga naay DMAA).

    it was 1988 when i started weights sa el sto nino gym sa kalentong corner shaw blvd sa mandaluyong..dungan pa nako sa pagsugod si boy agpoon and rocky (nakalimot ko sa apelido) who both won mr. philippines,those guys really had the genetics unya mga kusgan gyud..ang instructor nako was edward nga taga cebu..preworkout in those days were nilung ag nga saging ug fishballs..fast forward 26 yrs later i am still learning,gone were the days when 220 pounds in the bench were the norm and arm curls of 120 were ordinary..i am into moderate weights now and high reps..ordinaryo na kaayo ko karon pero when the shirt comes off...boom...stay natural.

    in my opinion lang and based from experience... dont bother using AAS ky its not worth it not unless you want to go Professional bodybuilding... in fact that was the turning point, i already have a medical doctor to administer and plan the right dosages for me using human grade compounds then I asked myself if mu decided na ba jud ko mu proceed gamit AAS, but then i decided not to go Pro so here I am never tried one


    (...$hit i miss lifting!!!!!!!! lol )

    ^^^ lahi bitaw gyud ang sa una nga bodybuilding oie. yes, tinoud ng tag220 nga BP. 200 sa plates then 20lbs nga bar. still akong mga kaila nga old school mu lift gyud ug ingun ana. karon when science and internet of bodybuilding is famous, daghan na kaau mga routines nga maka confuse sa lifter, high reps, mga supersets, giant sets, then naa pud mga bag.0 nga gusto mu dako then gusto pud magka 6 packs dayon. gamit dayon preworkout ug whey lage dayon...ka swerte nila oie. available nani nga mga products!hehehe.

    in my time pagsugod naku sikat na kaau sa gym if naa kay JOE WEIDER gna amino6000. wala gani kadungog mga tao anang creatine. hadlok sila mugamit kay "SHABU" lage daw.hahahaahah. what we do before is sikat man ang extra joss, sagulan lang ug mani. lami man pud nga combo preworkout. uban pa gani kauban namu mangaon ug PAN sa julies before alsa.hahaaha. i miss the days when life was that simple.

    no offense sa TS ba pero i think pud nga consider lang pud your options before tryign these things. i would suggest lagn siguro suwayi sa na tanan supplements nga available naturally, preworkout, whey or multivitamins and fish oil. impossible kaau dili ka mu gain in your first 5 years basta sakto alng ang tanan, eat, lift, sleep.

    to think pud DECA is not also the real deal gyud, ang uso karon kay stacks na...eg. deca, test cypio, azolol, tren...GH and etc... pero if mugamit paka ani, then dili ka mu train hard ug diet hard, dili gyud nimu makuha ang magazine front page like nga body...

    ok ra sad bai...wla nsad ko balik sa gym for a month now... father duties ug malingaw nko sa ako bb ky nag 1yr old na, nya kabau na mo duwa nako, sus wagtang jud ako kapoy sa trabaho ug laing buluhaton, i enjoy lang sad nako ni nga mga moments pero mu balik lagi ko alsa sure ko ana, its not easy leaving the lifestyle that made me an overall better person
