LTO fixers. need help

akong sister. mag kuha na unta xa non prof nga license. pag adto niya LTO.. gi sugat xa sa mga laki sa gawas. pa drug test daw. gi kuyugan. then hagad sila nga naa ra daw mu lihok para sa iya license. since nagdali ra pud tawn ako sis.. ni bayad nlng. kay hasul daw with the exams.. ni bayad xa 2800. that was last month. ila gi kuha iya students permit, nbi clearance, gipa kuha pajud xa TIN nga form. diba number ra man kailangan?

until now.. wala pa gyapon xa gi picture.an.. sige lang ingon ang mag make nga guba daw ang para picture sa LTO. next week nlng..

so heres d question.. pwidi pa na mabawi sa akong sis ang money? unsaon mani? ma reklamo bah na? comments and suggestions please.....

if nagpa fixer imo sis right there n then makuha unta daun na ang non prof..
but prob is wala na fixer sa cebu city usually ang mga fixer dha kay e refer ka sa lapu2x kay dd2 daghan fixer...

bro better stay away from them nalang...
i doubt nga makuha pa ninyo ang money, of course d nana i-uli sa Fixer but if kaila mo niya then e follow up permi para ma pressure.

maypa wala nalang mo nag pa fixer, in 3 days makuha na unta with 200+ ray mabayran...

btw,,dapat dali ra unta ang pag process ky fixer gud,den mahal sd cla pnagayo..2.8k man....

lpag february q nag renew saq license,,1.8k mn aq nagasto tnan,,,wla gud koi exams ato,heheh...nag w8 ko 2days ra,den nakuha daun naq....

cge lagi ana ang fixer nga guba pa daw ang para picture sa lapu2x.. didto daw gipa process sa lapu2x kay mas sayun daw didto..

ang sayup pud lagi sa akong sis.. ni bayad dayun.. diba pwidi mana i-reklamo or ipa dakop?? hehe

and mga papers like iya SP and nbi naa sa fixer. unsaon mana??

ask pud ko. ang driving test. ipa drive jud ka? ratolon man gud to xa. hadlok xa mahagbong. thats y nagpa fixer nalang pud

ang ni saad man gud daw niya kay cashier sa drug testing center. xa man jud daw mismo ang mu process.. sa Emall dapit xa nga LTO ni adto.. ang fixer kana atbang sa LTO.

btw imposible kaayo ng guba ang pra picture sa lto sir,,d rman kay 1 rai pra picture nila 2 man,dnt tel me dungan jud og ka guba,,heheh d najud q m2o ana..

sa drive test,yup pa drivon jud ka,,bt pwde ra baya ka mobayad og 100 f d ka gnhan mo drive same s uban n pang ID lng..

pwde kaayo na ireklamo,,dapat lng sd naa kay ebidenxa ika pakita,,hidden cam/bsag video s imo fon tago.on lng den kuhaan ang ila panag storya sa imo sis og s fixer,,pra mkita jud...hehehe

murag same rman tanan lto,kay stricto n bya ron na cla, nangilis gne cla og empleyado uban..,,cebu city diay xa na lto..kilid sa south bus terminal

kanang 2.8k sakto r jud na .sa uban gani kay 3.4k.bag o lang ko ng pa fixer din celingan r namo sa lto lapu-lapu..mkuha daun ang blema anang sa ate nimo kay wla nkuha.if d p fixer 900+ ang gasto ang blema 9months p mkuha ang plastic ..

actually, i dont see any reason why kelangan pa mag fixer2x to get the license. I got my license without fixers. I went through the written and practical exams. Ang written exams, pirting sayuna. ang practical, i really didn't like the multicab used in the exam but it was relatively smooth. My advise, your sis should just go through the normal process, its tiring but you'll know unsay pasikot2x sa lto so that the next time naa kay kapamilya o kaila magprocess, matudluan nimu ug tarong para dili sila mailad sa mga fixers.

You can actually get some interesting infos sa ilang lecture which i find useful in traffic. Attend na lang ug lecture para di ka maihas sa balaud sa traffic, which i think many drivers are ignorant. The entire process took me 1 day to get my license with no help from anyone.

PS: you need TIN for the license.
