the best to do is to talk to the branch manager and complain about that. threaten them to pull out your account because they have poor customer service. awa kurog na! but sometimes it doesnt work man gud kay bati gyud ug customer service dre sa phils. in general.
i work in a call center and we do customer service satisfaction sa US...lahi ra gyud didto kay gamayng riklamo sa customer hatagan dayun nilag attention unlike here deadma lang.

experience that with Union bank teller sa fuente, made a report sa manila head office through sa ila website, the next day around 9am got a call from manila inquiring about the details and everything...after a few hours got at least 2 calls from union bank in fuente and apologies were coming in...

by the way my account is only a payroll account is it doesnt matter how lowly you think maybe stand your ground and protect your rights
