    Default Hardiflex vs concrete

Hi guys Pa help nman please.

Wanted to add second floor sa bahay. Sabi ng panday hardifkex lng daw gagamitin ko sa external walls. Mas malaki dw gagastusin pag concrete.

But I've read madali dw mabasag yung hardiflex pag na-hit ng matigas na bagay. And smelly pa dw.

Malaki ba difference sa price pag hardiflex gamitin instead of concrete? Tapos yung floor dw metal, forgot the name pro sounds like cefarlin. Pwd rin daw kasing makabitan ng tiles.

Maximum budget ko including labor is 200K. Bale 2 rooms, 1 cr, a little sala and kitchen.

Will appreciate any advice. If may additional advice pa kayo about sa pagpapagawa ng bahay, include nyo na rin please. Newbie kasi ako, aka walang alam hehe.

    Salamuch
