Is Lerds Holding's Nice Series Subdivision legit?

Anyone here bought a house & lot from LERDS holdings' nice series subdivision? What can you say about this developer? Legit bah?

Last April 14, I bought a house n lot in Nice 6 subdivision from Lerds Holdings.. but I saw an anonymous post in FB saying that scam daw Kasi niisang house Wala pang naipatayo Ang lerds sa nice 3 subd in basbas lapu2x at nagstart noong 2017 pa.

Now I'm worried if I should continue or not? Ano masasabi nyo guys?

Hi Maam, I also reserved 1 unit from Lerd's holding properties in Nice VII. Already paid monthly amortization but not really sure if they are legit or not. Still doing my research on how legit this developer is.

Naa na on going case file against Lerds. Adto mo sa police station 2 Makita tanan nagfile cases sa ilaha.

Sa nice series 7 na house n lot sa #lerds #LerdsHoldings mam, Ang name sa owner indicated sa tax Declaration sa yuta na tukuran sa nice series 7 subd., is Posas Clerone Rojal... pag isearch nimo Ang name (FB or Google search), wanted man xa for Estafa oi.. Mao Wala nlng jud ko nipadaun mm. Ang Nice Series 3 sa subdivision sa Lerds, hantod krn wa pa naporma Kay gicourt pa Ang yuta for dispute.. doubtful kaau ko nga matukuran to didto sa Lerds.

UPDATE: waiting for WARRANT nlng mi Kay para wa nay mabiktima lain Ang #Lerds #Lerds Holdings. Sa Krn Kay Estafa pa Ang gifile na case. Pero if managhan na Ang complainants, mahimo xa large scale estafa.l so mas nice jud ug daghan monfile against aning Lerds.

about sa lerds nakainvest sad mi sa akong misis sa nice tres since last year until now wala pa silay update about sa subdivision, na worry na mi sa akong misis sa among giinvest nga balai. kasayang sa kwarta nga giamot kung scam ni siya.
