SOFTWARE SUPPORT POSITION - FEMALE
We are seeking a passionate and experienced CSR with a can-do attitude to hit the ground running when they join our Support team. The position entails integrating knowledge of iSell products and services in recognizing customers' needs; asking questions to learn about customer preferences directly related to iSell products and services. The successful applicant's primary role will be to assist Customers with our CRM and Quoting System. Successful applicants can expect a friendly and peaceful workplace.
The role will involve:
- Attend to customer with a friendly and positive voice
- Assist with training once you know the system.
- Do a customer follow-ups for new and existing customers
- Track the status of the incoming clients, and update support team for necessary action
- Provide customer updates for their existing issues
- Liaising with the support team for all Support issues.
- Training will be provided.
This role will suit a creative, dedicated applicant who possesses the following:
- Female
- 3-5 years of Support experience
- Excellent spoken English.
- Used to talking to customers outside the Philippines
- Experience of using Autotask would be a massive bonus
- Experience with Salesforce and Sugar CRM
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools
- Has a “can do” attitude
- Able to handle the occasional hard client.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
- Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast paced environment
Experience in the following CRM is an advantage but not required
- SugarCRM
- Autotask
- ConnectWise
- Quote Werks
- Microsoft CRM
- SalesForce
