well, i admit its really more enjoyable doing activities in the gym. youll got some inspiration.

if you have the goal then i say its very difficult to be distracted.

what i mean is enroll only those needed. boxing can be easily self learned at home.

are you a foreigner miss?

seated calf raise and standing calf raise.

of course that's their core business. just dont mind them and just enroll on what really interests you. ayaw na tong uban nga kaya ra nimu like boxing nga pwerte rang sayuna, hehehe

didto mi sa akong wife sa holiday gym and spa and sa metrosports last Monday and both gyms have great equipments. makasuya, hehehe.

but anyway, i still prefer our gym near our home for...

try to go slow lang usa. dont force yourself to carry very heavy loads while starting. most importantly, study first the procedure in workout.

been there in late 90's. its a low cost gym with lots of macho people. its one of the oldest gym here in cebu city and the owner is also a bodybuilder. i guess the gym was bought already coz nausab...
