yep3x..tinoud na..its because ang government krun gusto nga ang mga DOST scholars ad2 ra pwde mka.enroll sa skul nga ang kors kay "Center of Excellence" or "Center of Development"..
for example sa...

batch 2003 here..3k na allowance run and iv'e heard 2k na book allowance..ang bayad sa tuition is 6k na.

sa mga wa kahibaw..naay DOST Masteral Scholarship Program..gipadad.an ko og application form..
inquire lang knu sa DOST office kung pwde ba mka avail ang mga wa padad.i sa form..hehe
