Globe is billing me too without any service... and I never got above 1mbit with globe... even I paid for 2mbit. Their "technician" did not know what to do...

I DID inform them from the first day. I called at least 3 times/week, for 7 month, since last year December.
I think I will complain this behavior to NTC.

Globe is in my area (Banilad) impossible to use since 2 days... its just like dialup. I use now my pldt line and have no problem at all.

Complain it to NTC.

I guess the repair of the fiber optic cables is out of globe's or pldt's control, they rely on the companies who do the repair.
And because of the 2nd. earthquake last Wednesday, it is not sure...
