globe - 30 mins before you could reach a CS through phone. if through a visit @ different branches... if malas, you could actually be assisted in like 2-4 hrs (most of time times i get this...

when i had my 1mb plan.. with the months of hassle going to globe. okay na cya... so i tried to upgrade it to 3mbps... and az in... since it was installed... lain na pud nga issue... and untill now.....

i got my revenge from them by going to CS on a time nga 1 CS ra... and daghan people who wanted to talk with CS... paugat ko ato.. pero...
