from PLDT modem to your so called PC, hulagway?, connection(s)?
basin 10Mbps ra na imo wire? ^_^ and not 100Mbps or 1Gbps link?

Be it known that PLDT fibR's telephone is VIOP, if internet service is down, so does your telephone... :(

Better you ask PLDT for them to redo their cabling bro, just in case...

na-a ko ka-ila nga ming ta-od du-ol sa amo nga INSTANTLY activated ang fibR line. depende na sa installer if kama-o, or if not the case, follow up ra gyud :(

mine was around a week to activate.

na-a recent issues ang ako line..., dili maka browse ug sites. found out nga ang DNS servers sa PLDT kai dili mu work. Used google DNS and all is okay now.

purya buyag diri sa Toledo or sa amo kai wala man gyud ko kasulay ug sid-ok or ming-hinay ang connection...

if ako CSR diha PLDT..., maka resign tingali ko kai grabe nalang kagamay sa support then musamot kag buwa2x imo ba-ba asikaso sa mga callers nga more than 90% kai irate na da-an :D :(

if na-a ka ka-ila field agent or installer gyud, sila ang i-ask (i-ask sa ila nga sila ang mu-follow-up) kai na-a na sila "power" to make it 'fast'..., that is what we did...
