Investigating and applying some temporary fixes until upgrades are put in place.

Apps needs to be updated but are putting that on hold until the site software gets updated. We'll try to expedite the process as it has long been overdue.

We should have better image handling after the planned upgrades.

I'm using a Netgear Aircard. I can get those speeds on a Huawei P9 Plus and Mate 9 but only on the device. The ones that are tethered get about half the speed.
