when we discuss about wireless electricity, morag broad man ni kaayo oi..
example: 1. pwedi through our ground (tesla perfected this)
2. pwedi sad nag-refer mo sa wireless power transmission planned for our future energy consumption (there will be a huge orbitting solar panel and the power generated will be beamed into a receiving station diri sa earth)..
3. in one of its simplest form, tan-awa ang transformer principle..see how it works, it's basically wireless transmission through "mutual induction"
4. daghan pa lain..check out wikipedia ->Wireless energy transfer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

so guys, if we'll say wireless transmission in general, mora'g around sa panahon pa ni rizal naa na diria sa pilipinas kana..especially pag-start na'to sa ato industrialization under americans..

Descendants of those who question and criticize Wright brothers that says, they can't make it, are now utilizing airplanes, one way or another..

My point is... People question now the possibilities of new technology but someday, there will come a time, those we question or criticize it will be utilize by many people in the future..

Like my example, the airplane..

Sorry for OT:
I hope there's more of discussion here about Witricity / Wireless Electricity than criticizing it coz Technological Advancement isn't stupid. ^_^

So possible with low Volt - make one yourself

huh?! yeah they probably behave similarly, pero ang characteristics niya...baga ra kau.

anyway, I said "lisod ni"...

kung possible man gani, lisod kau ang mabutang sa tunga (between receiver-transmitter)...hehe

unsa kahay effect ana? luto siguro dayon...

and i thought I was the only person to think of this here in istorya...not to mention, I had a research paper of this one way back in college when I was still studying my Chemical Engineering degree...although it was just a proposal, i focused on the wireless distant transmission of energy, consumable electricity in particular of around 50-100 meters..but it was turned down by my professor since the topic isn't a dedicated chemical engineering field..I still have my paper for this study of mine and I also sent it to DOST since one of our faculty is the Regional Director of DOST7..and I don't know what happened to my paper..maybe it was trashed..haha

i would agree nga lisud pero i tell you pareha ra jud sila. frequency of operation ra jud maoy lahi.

this is nice. i'll check this one..thanks..

update:
mao ni siya o:
Wireless Power
->basically mora inductive transfer ra gihapon..pareho ra gihapon sa transformer na principle, but instead of using iron core, you'll use air core..

if your referring to spatial/aerial transmission like through microwave/laser, that is true..air between the transmitter and receiver will be highly ionized..one of the main concern here is it's going to deplete the ozone layer faster than ever before (or was it the other way around?).. for microwave transmission involving high power, sigurado jud na with long time exposure ma-luto jud ka..by the way, microwave oven application was discovered because one particular engineer stood in front of the microwave transmitter and found out that the chocolate on his pocket was melted..

wow..that's nice..being an engineer myself, i'm just curious as to how you proposed to have said wireless transmission of energy?as i mentioned before, daghan man klase aning wireless energy transmission..
