Ring or Halo around the moon

helo guyz..kanang naka notice namo ani nga sometimes there's a halo or ring around the moon?

kana bitaw murag naay space around the moon which is perfectly a cirlce.. have you noticed this?unsa reason ani??light refracted?reflected?molecules of air?density??
