hello,

i have been in a long distance relationship for 3 1/2 years now and still going strong. Yes, it takes a lot of effort to stay strong. Both parties really have to commit to the relationship. It takes a lot of time, understanding, patience, trust and love. Sometimes it gets very lonely because you don't see him/her but honestly, when you do see each other, it's one of the best feelings! Anyway, just don't be discouraged by all the failed ones, if you want to try, go ahead but just remember that it's not meant to be for everyone...as the last person said "kung kamu, kamu jud"

Thanks!. I see you're from Alberta. I'm from Toronto and my boyfriend lives in Vancouver...1 country but 5 hours apart... and plane tickets are so expensive now..grrr

like i said it won't work for everyone..there are really those few that work out. one of my friends lived in cebu and her bf was in seattle. they did long distance for 4 years. Now she lives in seattle and happily married to him for more than 3 years now. On the other hand, my bestfriend who lives in Vancouver had left a boyfriend in Cebu, did the long distance thing for 1 year and didn't work out.

Some things work and some don't ..ehhehe

awww. my guy friend is from toronto and iya gf kay naa sa cebu. i find that lisudddd kaau, lahi ang time and all that..don't worry, im sure you'll find someone closer (hopefully) who can make you happy =) good luck

murag dili ni mu work nako na style kay mingawnon kaau ko sa akong fiance..

long distance ky taga guadalupe man xa... dn ang girl ky taga capitol site... (longdistance gyud ky sakyunon man ug jip)...hehehehe
