budget is 2000-3000(if dala na ang INTERNET) good for 2 person (Me and my wife) ... with own cr... water lang free coz we prefer to pay our own electric bills coz we have rice cooker and PC, I hope naay own sub meter sa kuryente ang room..... and kanang 1 ride to IT park......
