Where is your preferred location? There are several Ready for Occupancy units available for sale in Minglanilla and Lapulapu whose monthly payment may be right for your budget.

You can hardly find a rent to own house that is at least brand new or you may not be able to find at all.
I suggest that you invest a house and lot during the pre-selling period so you could get one that will allow you to loan a portion of the total amount of the house thru PagIbig. A P750K loan thru PagIbig for 30 years shall be at around P5K per month. Just shoot me an email should you need to know more where you can likely invest a property at P5K per month range. If its okay to you there is a rent to own located near southgen hospital. 5t downpayment then deductable to your monthly amortization 5t upon the approval of your pagibig. Furnished. just text me 09062054307..
